The art of communication and customer service
The general administration of Ar-Rasheed modern school organized a workshop for staff administrative in all branches of the schools which is targeted supervisors, activities and secretarial officials.It was about the art of communication and customer handling provided by Dr. Riad Agheili general director of overall quality center.
Where the course focused on communication skills , elements and components, and the basics of mental behavioral dimensions in dealing with the public and the analysis of patterns of dealers. As it explained the concept of quality and service, and the difference between service and Item . It also explained the concept of the client and its importance and its types , and the scientific basis for telephony .
Session lasted for 25 hours began on Sunday, January 19th until Thursday, Jan. 23.
The workshop concluded with a ceremony attended by Mr. Faisal Alzubairy Chairman and Mr. Khaled Qahtan general manager of schools and all branch principals.
