Self-assessment Process.

The management  of Quality and Development  in Ar-Rasheed Modern Schools had come out with the results of self-assessment process that happened throughout the school’s branches. The main fields of assessment were the school environment and leadership.

It started by training a team on how self-assessment is used and applied. Then a central team was being formed heading by Mr. Mokhtar Al-Hammadi, the Manager of educational supervision and training, Mr. Mohammed Al-Qalisi, the head of educational resources, Miss. Asma’a Al-Odayni, the secretary of the managment, and observed by Mr. Saleh Adharab, the manager of Quality and Development. Second teams were formed in each branch of the schools.

This is the 2nd time that the management of quality and development has done an evaluation process in the schools.
