School Annual Meeting.
The Annual Meeting of Ar-Rasheed Modern Schools had come to an end, that continued for two days, 19-20 September 2017. In the conclusion, Mr. Faisal Al-Zubairy, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the members of Ar-Rasheed Company for Educational Services, the General Assembly, the General Management, schools’ branches Administrations, and schools’ teachers, had attended the occusion. The place where it’s being held was the English Branch Hall. The purpose of this year meeting has been, ‘ Enhancing the Institutional Work Culture and Adherence’.
In the first day of the meeting, Mr Faisal Al-Zubairy, Chairman of the Board of Directors, welcomed the attendees, granting thanks to the schools’ administrations for arranging the meeting. He insisted on getting profits from the meeting outcomes as well.
The history of the schools had a part in the meeting that was presented by Mr Khalid Qahtan, the general manager of the schools. In the show, he explained every step of the schools and the reasons beyond the top rank of the schools over Amanat Al-Asemah, Capital of Yemen. In the other side, Mr Mokhtar Al-Hammadi, manager of Educational monitoring and quality development, talked about the stages of the administration and its plans for coming years.
Furthermore, schools Branches Administrations had spotted the light on their good experiences over the year and the exchanges took place in. For doing things in order, the meeting facilitator, Mr Mohammed Al-Qalisi, red the notes and quiries on the shows for getting replies from the persons in charge.
In the second day of the meeting, the working groups, which had already been organized, attended. These groups were as follows:
Teachers Help group, Talents group, Intelligent Students group, schools activities group, behaviour control group, student personality boosting group, and Teaching Staff Relationship with High School Students group.
The groups presented their work and recommendations to the leadership of the schools. To sum up, the final report of the Annual Meeting had been performed by Mr Mohammed Humran, the head of preparation committee.
