New Teaching Staff Training.

As annually as Ar-Rasheed Modern Schools had successfully trained the new teaching staff, as it concluded the training program by general meeting.

The training program had included important courses such as designing tests according to cognitive process dimensions, active teaching strategies, preparing lessons,  psychological development stages, course content analysis and teaching skills.

On 5 October 2017, the administration of educational supervision and training in the schools had a meeting with the new teachers, in which the general manager of the schools, the principals and vice-principals attended. Mr Mokhtar Al-Hammadi, the Manager of E.S.T delivered a background of the schools, its system, goals, and the methods to achieve the goals. On the other side, Mr Khalid Qahtan, the general manager of the schools, talked about the importance of the training, field knowledge, cultivation of morals and values for students. He also recommended all of the attendees to work hard in building good minds that help the country.

At the end, they gave the trainees the certificates for their participation in the program.
